TEA & COFFEE BREWER WITH AUTOMATIC DISPENSING - DAILY OPERATING
INSTRUCTIONS
- Insert the water inlet hose into the
water reservoir. Ensure the re-use valve is closed and the drip tray hose
is connected to the drain.
- Insert the milk container & switch ON
the machine.
- Once the machine is switched ON you will
be prompted to enter the operator mode. To set up the machine, get into operator
mode.
- Place the milk suction cup inside the
milk container and insert the milk hose inside the cup.
- Pour the required amount of milk into the
milk container.
- Place the coffee filter mesh in the
coffee brewing basket and add the desired amount of coffee powder. Level
off the coffee surface by gently shaking the basket.
- The machine with model number 111531 has
been designed to brew 400 grams (Big batch) and 200 grams (Small batch) of
coffee whereas the machine with model number 111530 has been designed to
brew 200 grams (Big batch) and 100 grams (Small batch) of coffee.
- Slide the coffee filter basket into the
guide rails and push fully home.
- Set or ensure the desired dispense output
in milliliters using the “SET DISPENSING RATIO” option in the “OPERATION”
menu.
- Select the desired brewing batch – Big or
Small after pressing the “START BREWING” option, which is part of
the “OPERATION” menu.
- Switch ON the warmer once the coffee
decoction starts flowing out of the brewing basket.
- Insert the tea decoction container into
the tea brewer.
- Ensure the re-use valve is closed.
- Fill water in the water tank until the “MAX
(tea brewing)” level using the funnel. Then fill water in the tea
decoction container until MAX level, which is marked at 2500ml.
- Switch ON the machine and set the thermostat
level to 90°C.
- Ensure RED & GREEN indicators are
glowing.
- While the water is getting heated, add
tea leaves to the tea filter basket.
- Once the GREEN indicator goes off, insert
the tea-brewing basket into the tea decoction container which currently
contains only hot water.
- Set the timer for the desired brewing
time by turning the knob. The “YELLOW” indicator will glow
indicating an ongoing tea-brewing process.
- Once the brewing process is over, the
YELLOW indicator will go off and the timer will sound a bell.
- Remove the tea mesh and put it aside for cleaning.
- Insert a tea decoction hose into the tea
decoction container to connect it to the dispensing unit.
- Fill water in the tea brewer water tank
until it reaches “MAX (keep hot)”.
- Once brewing is complete, wait for the “SELECT
YOUR DRINK” message to start dispensing.
- At the end of every shift, the machine
needs to be cleaned. Enter operator mode and flush out the remaining
coffee decoction by using the “FLUSH” option. It is part of the “MACHINE
CLEANING” option in the “OPTION” menu.
- Slide in an already washed empty filter
basket and push fully home. You may use suitable detergent to wash the
filter basket.
- Run “DAILY CLEANING”, a
guided step-by-step cleaning process, which is part of the “MACHINE
CLEANING” option in the “OPERATION” menu.
- Wipe the coffee decoction storage
container thoroughly and wipe it dry.
- Switch off the machine.
- Empty the milk container contents into a
sink.
- Wash the milk container once again with a
suitable detergent and wipe it dry.
- Similarly, for the tea brewer, take out
the used tea decoction container and empty its contents.
- Wash the container with a suitable
detergent and wipe it dry.
- Similarly, wash the tea filter basket with
a suitable detergent and allow it to dry.
- Finally, polish the exterior of your
coffee machine with a damp soft cloth.
