PRONTOBAR DAILY CLEANING PROCEDURE

1. The machine is equipped to wash the delivery unit with cleaning tablet and the milk circuit with cleaning solution.

1. The machine will begin a wash cycle that consists of hot water deliveries alternated with pauses. The whole cycle      lasts for approximately for 4 minutes.

1. To execute the washing procedure, please proceed with the instructions given below:

o   Position a container with 1 litre of water next to the machine.

o   Put the suction tube inside it. Add the cleaning solution given (10 ml of divoflow 50).

o   Keep pressing the cleaning key  for about 5 seconds, until the below display shows:

Press Clean

1.         Open the ground coffee conveyor hatch.

1.         Insert the cleaning tablet and close the hatch.

        Again press   cleaning key, now display shows:

Wait Clean

WARNING: If the decaffeinated key not pressed, after about 20 seconds the machine will automatically continue the washing cycle.

NOTE: During the washing cycle the dose keys are disabled.

Once washing cycle is completed with tablet & solution. Afterwards the rinsing procedure will begin, and the display will show:

Rinse

Press Enter

1. Reposition a container only with fresh water in it & put tube inside.

1. Press Enter key, Now the machine rinses with fresh water.

1. After completing the washing cycle, the display shows:

Select Product

Finally, polish the exterior of your coffee machine with a damp soft cloth.

NOW THE MACHINE IS READY FOR USE.

DO's

1. Use only potable water in the machine, as it contains steam boiler to dispense milk.

1. Ensure water tank is filled with enough water, before starting the cleaning process.

1. End-of-the day cleaning with tablet/solution is mandatory for good performance of the machine.

1. Rinse the milk circuit with a glass of fresh water, if the machine was idle for more than an hour without dispensation.

1. Replenish bean hopper according to the daily consumption and keep the remaining beans in airtight container toretain aroma.

1. Coffee beans packet opened must be Used within 2-3 days.

1. Keep the cleaning tablet/solution away from the food stuffs/raw materials.

1. Keep the machine and its surroundings clean, to keep rodents away.

DONT'S

1. Do not switch OFF the machine in the middle of the cleaning. If interrupted, the machine will start the cleaning when switched ON.

1. Don't operate the machine with empty water tank.

1. Do not try to repair the machine on your own, call the technician for technical assistance.
