TOUCH DAILY CLEANING PROCEDURE
- The machine
is equipped to wash the delivery unit with a cleaning tablet and the milk circuit with a cleaning solution.
- The machine
will begin a wash cycle that consists of hot water deliveries alternated with
pauses. The whole cycle lasts for approximately 4 minutes.
- Ensure: single
cleaning is done for 12 hours of machine operation, and double cleaning is done
for more than 12 hours of machine operation.
- To execute
the washing procedure, please proceed with the instructions given below:
1. Check
Water Level:
o
Check the water level in the water dispenser or the
direct water connection.
2. Select
Cleaning Process:
o
on the touch screen, select the drop icon for the
cleaning process.
3. Add
Milk and Cleaning Solution:
o
The display will show a message to add a dose of milk
powder to 1 Liter of water.
o
Add 1 Liter of water and 20 ml of cleaning solution
into the milk container.
o
Insert the milk container and press Next.
4. Open
Front Panel:
o
The display will prompt you to open the front panel.
o
Open the front panel, insert the tray into the brewing
chamber, and press Next.
5. Start
Cleaning Cycle:
o The cleaning cycle will begin. Wait for a few minutes
until the display gives further instructions.
6. Add
Fresh Water:
o
After 2-3 minutes, the display will prompt you to add
fresh water.
o
Add fresh water into the milk storage container and
press Confirm.
7. Final
Rinsing:
o
Once rinsing is complete, the display will show a
message to clean the cappuccino-NSF, drip tray, and coffee spout.
8. Clean
the Components:
o
Clean the cappuccino-NSF, drip tray, and coffee spout.
9. Completion:
o
After cleaning these components, the daily cleaning
process is complete.
Finally,
polish the exterior of your coffee machine with a damp soft cloth.

THE MACHINE IS READY FOR USE.
DO’s
- Clean Regularly:
- Perform routine cleaning of the touch screen, drip tray, and
coffee spouts as recommended by the manufacturer.
- Clean the milk frother and other parts that encounter milk after
each use to prevent clogs.
- Use Fresh Ingredients:
- Always use fresh coffee beans and quality water to get the best
taste and avoid machine damage due to contaminants.
- Properly Store Ingredients:
- Keep coffee beans and milk in suitable conditions to avoid
spoilage or clogging the machine.
- Store milk in a clean container if milk-based beverages are used.
- Follow the Calibration Instructions:
- If the machine has a calibration process for the coffee grind or
milk foam consistency, follow it to optimize the quality of your drinks.
- Check Water Levels:
- Ensure the water tank is filled with fresh water before use,
especially if you’ve left the machine unused for a while.
- Use the Touch Screen Gently:
- Tap the touch screen with a soft touch to avoid damaging the
display or sensitive components.
- Keep the Area Around the Machine Clean:
- Clean up any spills or coffee grounds that might accumulate around
the machine.
DON’T’s
- Don’t Overfill the Coffee Bean Hopper:
- Overfilling may cause beans to jam, leading to grinding issues and
possible damage.
- Don’t Use Too Fine a Coffee Grind:
- Using overly fine coffee grounds might block the machine’s brewing
system, resulting in malfunctions.
- Don’t Use Damaged or Expired Ingredients:
- Using expired coffee beans or spoiled milk can affect the
machine’s operation and lead to poor taste.
- Don’t Force the Touch Screen:
- Avoid pressing the touch screen too hard, as it can damage the
screen or cause functionality issues.
- Don’t Ignore Error Messages:
- If the machine displays an error message, address the issue
promptly to avoid further complications.
- Don’t Leave Milk in the Machine Overnight:
- If you’ve used milk, don’t leave it in the machine after use, it
can spoil and lead to unpleasant Odors or bacteria buildup.
- Don’t Skip Maintenance:
- Neglecting regular maintenance such as automatic cleaning and
manual cleaning of parts
