CLEANING & MAINTENANCE MANUAL
STELLARA DAILY OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- Insert the milk container & switch ON the machine.
- Place the milk fat strainer cup inside the milk container and insert the milk tube inside the cup.
- Pour the required amount of milk in the milk container.
- Place the coffee filter mesh in the coffee brewing basket marked as "C" and add desired amount of coffee powder. Level off the coffee surface by gently shaking the basket.
- Similarly, place the tea filter mesh in the tea brewing basket marked as "T" and add desired amount of tea powder. Level off the tea surface by gently shaking the basket.
- Note that the machine has been designed to brew a maximum of 200g of coffee/tea powder.
The same needs to be ensured.
- Look for the “COFFEE” & “TEA” markings and fully slide-in the respective baskets in the designated positions. Do not interchange.
- Rotate the baskets anticlockwise to lock it fully.
- Select “RESTRICTED ACCESS” to enter operator mode.
- Select “OPERATOR SETTING” and enter the operator password.
- Select the desired brewing batch after pressing the “START BREWING” option, which is part of the “OPERATOR SETTING” menu.
- Switch ON the warmer once the coffee/tea decoction starts flowing out of the brewing basket.
- Once brewing is complete, wait for “SELECT YOUR DRINK” message to start dispensing.
- At the end of every shift the machine needs to be cleaned.
Enter operator mode and flush out the remaining coffee & tea decoction by using the respective “FLUSH” option.
It is part of the “MACHINE CLEANING” option in the “OPERATOR SETTING” menu.
- Fully slide-in the already washed empty filter baskets (both coffee & tea) and rotate anticlockwise.
You may use suitable detergent to wash the filter basket.
- Run “DAILY CLEANING”, a guided step by step cleaning process, which is part of the “MACHINE CLEANING” option in the “OPERATOR SETTING” menu.
- Wipe the coffee & tea decoction storage containers thoroughly and wipe them dry.
- Switch off the machine.
- Empty the milk container contents into a sink.
- Wash the milk container once again with a suitable detergent and wipe it dry.
- Finally, polish the exterior of your coffee machine with a damp soft cloth.
